About The Position

Marshalls is excited to announce a mass hiring event for our new store opening in Chandler, AZ. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Merchandise Associates, Retail Merchandise Coordinators, Customer Experience Coordinators, Retail Backroom Coordinators, and Retail Administrative Coordinators. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment where you can grow and develop your skills while providing excellent service to our customers. As a Retail Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store. This includes working in various areas such as merchandise presentation, processing, markdowns, cashier duties, customer service, and managing the dressing room and layaway if applicable. You will greet, interact with, and thank customers regularly, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. In the role of Retail Merchandise Coordinator, you will establish and execute merchandising plans and priorities, train store associates on proper merchandising procedures, and lead by example in providing prompt and courteous customer service. You will also ensure a fresh flow of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor. Customer Experience Coordinators will ensure that front-line associates provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all customers. You will be responsible for operational controls at the front-end, layaway, and jewelry, resolving customer service issues competently and training store associates on customer service standards and register procedures. Retail Backroom Coordinators will process merchandise for the backroom, train associates on processing procedures, and ensure the backroom area is organized and ready to receive and flow goods. You will orchestrate the receipt of backroom trucks and coordinate the processing of merchandise. Lastly, the Retail Administrative Coordinator will execute administrative, clerical, and office activities, oversee human resource records and systems, and communicate effectively with management and store associates. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations within the store.
