About The Position

Oversee and coordinate marshalling yard operations to support seamless event logistics. Are you ready to lead yard operations for high-volume events? Based in Irving, Orlando, or Las Vegas (Hybrid), this role is critical to maintaining smooth freight logistics and efficient event execution across multiple regions. In this role, you will: Supervise marshalling yard staff, temporary labor, and traffic coordinators. Coordinate vehicle staging, driver check-ins, and dock assignments. Develop and maintain yard operational procedures and best practices. Manage equipment inventory and ensure assets are ready for each event. Communicate and coordinate with Field Operations Managers, Regional Directors, and on-site teams. Monitor yard operations and resolve logistical issues to maintain efficient traffic flow and equipment utilization. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; additional education in logistics, transportation, or operations management preferred.
Minimum 2 years in freight, logistics, or transportation operations; at least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Leadership, team coordination, logistics planning, problem-solving in fast-paced environments, and effective communication across operational teams.
This role requires frequent standing and walking during event operations, occasional sitting, bending, crouching, reaching, and the ability to lift materials up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting trade shows or large-scale logistics operations is a plus.
