About The Position
Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) is seeking an in-house counsel to serve the legal needs of its Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA) business unit. MMA's Legal Team is seeking the following role which will report to MMA's General Counsel in New York. We are open to candidates located in San Diego, CA, Dallas, TX, and Atlanta, GA. Please note that there's a 3-day per week in-office requirement for this role. The Regional Counsel is responsible for providing strategic and tactical legal advice to MMA's US/Canadian business, advising its regional leadership teams, assisting with commercial contracting and associated matters, including being familiar with corporate, privacy and technology law and related fields.
