About The Position

Mariani Packing Company, the largest independent dried fruit processor and packer in the United States, has immediate openings for Marsh workers with our growing operation. We have two position located in Warrens, WI and City Point, WI.

Mariani Packing Co is seeking motivated marsh workers. The schedule will be 40 hours a week with flexible days and hours, Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Requirements

• Must be motivated and self-driven.
• Will be on their feet for most of the workday.
• Majority of work will be outside.
• Positive attitude and able to be a team player.
• Physical ability and able to lift 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cranberry Harvest including corralling the berries, helping to load cranberries into trucks, cleaning up harvest debris, moving irrigation systems out of the way of harvest equipment.
• Mowing along irrigation lines, pulling weeds, weed whacking, fertilizing.
• Operating tractors and heavy equipment.
• Repair and Maintenance on equipment.
• Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.
