The Marsh Early Career Program, also known as the TRAC program, is a two-year career development opportunity designed for recent graduates. Participants will receive top industry training and access to dedicated development resources while working in one of Marsh's brokerage operations across the US and Canada. The program includes a structured cohort induction, learning and development opportunities, mentorship programs, and exposure to senior leaders, all aimed at fostering a vibrant community and valuable networking opportunities. As part of the program, candidates will choose between two career paths: Account Specialist or Associate Broker. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, allowing participants to dive directly into meaningful work without the need for rotations. Candidates will be matched with placements based on their interests, skills, and availability, although flexibility is essential as placements are dependent on business needs. Participants will work closely with account teams to assess risks, build relationships with insurance companies, and secure competitive insurance quotes, thereby making a significant impact in helping clients minimize their overall risk costs.
