About The Position
The Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) is a full-time, 3-year rotational program designed to support university graduates in the early years of their Finance career. This program allows associates to rotate through three different business areas in Finance across various Mars locations, including Mars Wrigley, Mars Petcare, Royal Canin, Internal Audit, and Mars Global Services. In each role, associates will partner with the business to enable growth and support day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include producing periodic and quarterly reporting, ensuring timely submission of data in compliance with corporate deadlines, improving processes, procedures, and internal controls, and completing special projects. The goal of the program is to help associates form a strong foundation across multiple finance roles, ultimately preparing them to become strong finance leaders within the broader organization. During the first year, MFLEs will be placed in either Newark, NJ, Franklin, TN, or St. Charles, MO, with location preferences taken into account. After the first year, associates will have the opportunity to relocate to various locations based on available roles across the business. It is expected that associates will relocate at least once during the program to gain valuable experience with different business units across Mars. As an Associate in the MFLE, you will help drive the finance team's digital agenda by unlocking analytics capabilities and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive value through tangible assignments. You will also build capability in sought-after skills such as data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, and project ownership, while participating in training and skill-building events as part of the program. Additionally, you will join a diverse community of early-talent finance professionals to help guide you through your transition into the first phase of your career.
