About The Position

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience, or 5+ years total within complex, customer-focused organizations.
  • Experience managing programs in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Exposure to customer journey design, support processes, and operational performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in overseeing complex escalation workflows.
  • Leveraging social media expertise to identify trends, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver key projects that contribute to the overall support strategy.
  • Provide data-driven insights to ensure Customer Support priorities are represented effectively within cross-functional discussions.
  • Work with vendor and internal partners to build alignment, engagement, and execution around Turo’s mission.
  • Assist in designing and refining customer support processes that deliver scalable, seamless customer experiences.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between Customer Support and Global Operations to align on shared goals, product dependencies, and timelines.
  • Support the development of a compelling customer support vision by applying knowledge of support best practices and operational insights.
