About The Position

We are seeking a Marketplace Intern to support the growth and operations of the Toshiba Commerce Marketplace — a platform that enables integrated partner solutions across software, hardware, and services. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of product, partnerships, and technical enablement. This person will help design and build internal tools that streamline how we onboard and engage partners, improve our developer-facing experience, and contribute to the foundation of our ecosystem programs. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to B2B technology partnerships, developer experience, and platform strategy in a real-world, enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with APIs and documentation platforms (e.g., RESTful/XML/Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript etc.)
• Understands the basics of user-centered design, Can map a simple partner onboarding journey

Responsibilities

• Build and support an API documentation portal for Marketplace partners (familiarity will tools like Swagger)
• Create and maintain partner-facing onboarding materials, including quick-start guides, API walkthroughs, and integration checklists
• Assist in improving our partner tracking dashboards (e.g., Smartsheet or Tableau) and categorizing partners by type, tier, and integration stage
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal teams to map partner access workflows and identify opportunities for simplification
• Support internal Marketplace initiatives, including partner research, documentation cleanup, and process mapping
• Help compile and prepare content for executive reports, partner QBRs, and go-to-market planning
