About the position

The Marketplace GTM Engagement Manager, Google Cloud serves as the Subject Matter Expert and go-to contact for cross-functional GTM motions, including inquiries, enablement, escalations, and remediations for all Google Cloud Marketplace transactions. Responsibilities include identifying new RTM, streamlining programs and processes, triaging blockers and escalations, enabling all relevant teams within the Google Cloud Partnership, and providing business intelligence through analytics derived from historical data, pipeline, and market trends to unlock new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Launch new sales plays, programs, campaigns, and processes for net new opportunities and offerings through Google Cloud Marketplace.
  • Expand our catalogue of joint Google Cloud Marketplace SaaS offerings, including PayGo, Agent Builder, GDC Marketplace and Private offers that scale our joint business in the Google and Palo Alto Networks partnership and unlock new route-to-market.
  • Maintain and manage the Google Cloud public and private listing.
  • Provide business intelligence by focusing on key insights from the field and market trends and translating them into executable Google Cloud Marketplace GTM strategies.
  • Friction-reduction between cross-functional teams among Google, Palo Alto Networks, and joint partners.
  • Single point-of-contact for GCP for cross-functional teams to triage escalations and provide operational excellence.
  • Enable cross-functional teams to scale Google and Palo Alto Networks partnership through Marketplace.
  • Escalation contact for customer conversations related to Google Cloud Marketplace.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • 3+ years of CSP engagement experience.
  • Demonstrated history of co-build and co-sell.
  • Industry knowledge of security product market trends and directional awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual and matrix environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a myriad of different disciplines and tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • "Whatever it takes" with respect for companies culture, and policies balanced with attitude and motivation to do whatever is necessary to assist in winning business.
