The Marketplace Facilitated Enroller is a field-based role that primarily operates in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as required, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement. The Facilitated Enrollment Representative is responsible for providing education to potential members on the Affordable Care Act and the marketplace and facilitating new enrollments. The role includes assisting the community in understanding the marketplace and the insurance programs it offers, helping individuals and small businesses complete enrollment applications, and educating potential members on the tools available to help narrow their plan options. The representative will also assist individuals in comparing and contrasting the benefits, costs, and quality ratings of different plans, and support assigned Community Based Organizations in presenting product information to constituents. Required training and authorization for FEs must be completed within 30 days of hire.
