Our team is growing: Provide’s Sales team is looking for a bold, compassionate, and focused Marketplace Associate to help scale our online marketplace that connects aspiring practice owners with available dental and veterinary practices. In this role, you will focus on posting and verifying practice listings using our proprietary software, monitoring broker websites to discover new opportunities and track listing status, and contributing strategic insights to improve the user experience and marketplace functionality. As a Provide and Fifth Third Bank team member, you will be responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. You will be accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the risk appetites of Provide and Fifth Third Bank, you will be expected to achieve results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Requirements

• Completion of at least one (1) semester of undergraduate study with at least one (1) semester remaining
• A major in business, economics, finance, mathematics, marketing, communications, computer science, or a pre-dental/pre-veterinary track
• Exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

• An interest in technology-enabled companies or financial services
• Experience with website management, data entry, or research
• Familiarity with dental or veterinary practice operations

Responsibilities

• Post publicly viewable listings of dental and veterinary practices on our live website using proprietary software
• Monitor broker websites to identify new listings and verify the status of existing ones
• Discover and evaluate new practice broker websites to expand marketplace coverage
• Provide feedback on software user experience and contribute to strategic planning for marketplace growth
• Collaborate with colleagues across the team to ensure accurate, up-to-date marketplace content
