Dixie Technical College is looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing & Web Design Lead to support our digital and traditional marketing efforts. This role fits a versatile marketing professional who can lead strategy and also create content. You will help grow brand awareness, increase student enrollment, and engage the community with strong storytelling, performance marketing, and effective creative design across all media. The position is on our campus in Saint George, Utah, and requires the employee to work on-site 40 hours per week. Medical and dental coverage, with the College paying the costs of the medical plan and most of the costs of the dental plan Employer contributions to Health Savings Account ($1,500 per year for single coverage, $3,000 double coverage, and $4,500 for three or more) without a match requirement Employer contributions to a 403(b) account, amounting to 20.4% of the employee's pay, without a match requirement. Employees may make additional contributions.
