Working across an 18-person team spanning creative, digital, video, copy, web, and client success functions, the coordinator oversees workflow, prioritization, and project coordination across multiple initiatives. Success in this role comes from creating structure, maintaining visibility into timelines and team capacity, and removing bottlenecks so the team can deliver high-quality work consistently and on schedule.
