About The Position

This is a full-time temporary position estimated at 4-6-months with the possibility to extend if needed. As a Marking Technology Project Manager, you will be the critical link between retail marketing strategy and technical execution. You will work with cross-functional teams and dev vendors to support the development and sustenance of our marketing technology and platform. Your primary goal will be to implement technology solutions that deliver retail device analytics, enhance data quality and visualization, and remote content management. You will oversee all aspects of MarTech projects, from supporting the initial requirements to QA, final deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management or program management, specifically within the marketing technology domain.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with and a deep understanding of marketing data and analytics.
  • Expertise in managing projects with a focus on digital product development, including UX/UI design principles and execution.
  • Effective communication. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with robust project management skills and a strong track record as an excellent project manager and self-starter.
  • Experience with implementation, or integration of marketing data platforms like Firebase and Google Analytics.
  • Experience working effectively in a global team and across various geographies and effectively managing relationships with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and final delivery of complex marketing technology projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management: Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating resources and providing overall project alignment between internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Engineering, Sales Operations) and external agencies.
  • Data & Analytics Implementation: Define and execute requirements for marketing data integrity and collection, specifically ensuring accurate tracking via platforms such as BigQuery, Firebase and Google Analytics.
  • Design & Development Oversight: Oversee project phases related to UX/UI design and technical development, ensuring all deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance & Bug Resolution: Independently track and resolve technical bugs and production issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with vendors to implement appropriate and scalable fixes.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively develop, implement, and monitor new processes that improve deployment velocity and data accuracy.
