The Marketing Technology & Data Manager owns the systems, data flows, and AI-driven workflows that support Tealium’s global marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, data operations, and AI automation – managing the core platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Tealium), maintaining the marketing data model, and building scalable workflows that power demand generation, ABM, lifecycle, and personalization. The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on technical expertise in marketing systems, a solid understanding of data architecture, and the ability to build and maintain AI/LLM automations that enhance efficiency and accuracy across GTM operations.

  • Marketing Technology Operations
  • Serve as the primary Marketo admin, overseeing architecture, governance, QA, and operational program health.
  • Maintain and optimize integrations across the tech stack (Marketo <> Salesforce, Tealium, attribution tools, enrichment tools, ABM platforms, etc).
  • Own scoring models, lifecycle flows, routing logic, data taxonomies, and system-wide hygiene.
  • Ensure data consistency and alignment across MAP, CRM, and CDP environments.
  • AI Workflows & Automation
  • Build and optimize AI workflows and agents that support campaign execution, lead management, content creation, data hygiene, and other key business processes.
  • Develop automations that reduce manual workload across marketing operations and campaign execution.
  • Monitor workflow accuracy, drift, and reliability; ensure responsible and secure use of AI across processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for leveraging AI to drive scale and operational efficiency.
  • Data & Insight Operations
  • Build dashboards and reporting for funnel insights, campaign performance, attribution impact, and operational diagnostics.
  • Develop real-time audience segments in Tealium for targeting and personalization.
  • Use AI tools to help automate analysis, content workflows, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Maintain the marketing data model, field definitions, and segmentation frameworks (including personas, ICP tiers, and lifecycle stages).
  • Ensure data completeness and integrity across systems and pipelines.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement & Strategy
  • Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Digital Experience, and Campaigns to ensure alignment across systems, data standards, and GTM workflows.
  • Enable marketers, SDRs, and AEs to use marketing systems and AI workflows effectively.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear operational best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement across marketing technology and data infrastructure.
  • 3-5+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, RevOps, or a comparable technical GTM systems role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, including architecture, integrations, routing, scoring, lifecycle design, and data model governance.
  • Experience designing or maintaining AI-powered automations or agents that interact with MAP/CRM/CDP systems and operational workflows.
  • Strong technical capability and familiarity with API-driven integrations, marketing data pipelines, and cross-system orchestration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of data structures, normalization, enrichment, segmentation, and attribution workflows across the GTM ecosystem.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for stakeholders and collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Experience Ability to work in scripting or prototyping environments (e.g., Python, JavaScript, API testing tools) to develop, test, or troubleshoot automation and AI logic.
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in SQL, Python, and BI tools to validate data, investigate issues, and produce operational insights.

Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year. Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.
