We are seeking a Marketing Technology Contractor to manage and optimize our marketing technology stack. This role will be central to ensuring seamless system integrations, building scalable analytics infrastructure, and enabling accurate attribution and reporting. You will partner closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to maximize the value of our tools, data, and processes in driving pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in marketing systems, hands-on experience with analytics and integrations, and a strategic mindset to align marketing operations with business goals.

  • Manage and optimize integrations between marketing systems, CRM, and data platforms.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate data flow, governance, and enrichment.
  • Oversee API integrations to connect tools and automate workflows.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows; support workflow automation with Zapier and Make.
  • Manage integration and synchronization with Salesforce CRM.
  • Own website and channel analytics infrastructure, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting.
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager, cookie consent frameworks, and attribution tracking models.
  • Configure campaign event tracking by channel for accurate attribution.
  • Lead setup and reporting within Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Support A/B test conversion configuration, data fidelity and tracking in coordination with growth/marketing teams.
  • Build and optimize WordPress forms and integrations with marketing automation systems.
  • Manage email and marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product/Engineering teams to align martech strategy with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) through data collection and tracking practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to marketing team members.
  • Make recommendations on how to improve usage of current systems/platforms and/or make the business case for new ones.
  • 6–7+ years of experience in marketing operations or martech.
  • Proven expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and attribution tracking, with experience in server-side tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required), including workflows, forms, and campaign tracking.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration and campaign reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Experience with WordPress form creation and basic CMS integrations.
  • Solid understanding of campaign event tracking, A/B testing setups, and marketing analytics fundamentals.
  • Strong technical skills with APIs, system integrations, data pipelines and proficiency in JavaScript, json or similar technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
