About The Position

The Marketing Technology Architect is responsible for developing and architecting marketing technology solutions that integrate with existing systems and align with business objectives. This role involves leading the support and optimization of relevant martech tools such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics and tracking tools, testing platforms, budget-2-spend solutions, and other relevant technologies. The architect will oversee the integration of various marketing technologies and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability, while collaborating with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions. Additionally, the architect will ideate and support the strategic technology roadmap to enhance marketing capabilities and improve operational efficiency, staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the martech space to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in marketing technologies, including marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in data management and analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of CDP, data warehouse, DAM, and specialty martech solutions.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills across integrated marketing systems.
  • Proven track record with large-scale, high-availability enterprise applications.
  • Broad knowledge of programming languages and technologies.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting tier-one CMS/DXP platforms.
  • Proven background in supporting programs with strict data protection mandates.
  • Strong multi-channel communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing technology strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in integrating, managing and optimizing an enterprise-class marketing technology stack.
  • BS or Graduate degree in Computer Sciences, Technical Marketing Operations, or IT.
  • Salesforce certified (BA, Admin, or MC Admin).
  • Contracts management and negotiations experience.
  • Budget and spend management proficiency.
  • Technical project management experience.
