The Marketing Technology and Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing, planning, and optimizing DigiCert’s marketing technology ecosystem. This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving the effective use of marketing technologies while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance performance and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continual evolution of our MarTech stack and analytics practices. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of technical expertise, marketing analytics acumen, and business insight. They are highly organized, results-driven, and a collaborative team player with strong project management capabilities and a deep understanding of marketing analytics. This individual will lead new technology implementations, optimize existing systems, and develop data-driven reporting strategies that inform and empower marketing and business development teams. A strong commitment to process improvement, data integrity, and actionable insights is essential.
