About The Position

Eataly is hiring a Marketing Systems Intern for Summer 2026 to work with and learn from Eataly’s Marketing Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian! With the guidance of the Project Manager, Creative Services, the intern will: Develop a strong understanding of Eataly’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including its structure, functionalities, metadata, and cross-team usage. Evaluate the current file organization and propose a more intuitive, user-friendly mapping structure to improve accessibility and workflow efficiency for both corporate and in-store teams. Design and implement a standardized folder hierarchy and naming convention to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of search across all digital assets. Lead the renaming and reorganization of existing assets in alignment with the new structure, applying strong organizational, project management, and design principles to maintain brand consistency. Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Teams to support strategic content planning for campaigns and catalogs, while ensuring assets are properly categorized and aligned with newly implemented SOPs for in-store asset management efficiency. Performs other duties as required or assigned This internship runs from June - August. The internship is onsite at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The intern will be scheduled per week, Monday – Thursday from approximately 9 am – 6 pm. Internships at Eataly are paid an hourly rate. Housing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the intern. The compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour If you are not a current undergrad, consider applying for many of our open roles!

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Communication and/or Journalism
  • Exceptional writing, communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of copywriting and systems
  • Attention to detail including creative and design skills
  • Ability to take direction and work independently

Responsibilities
