We are looking for a motivated, collaborative, self-starter to join our Brand Marketing team as a Marketing Supervisor. The Supervisor joins a team of leaders responsible for completing programs with the intention of driving short- and long-term growth for the brand. Marketing Supervisors bring an understanding of the marketing landscape, channel standard processes and can optimally translate brand priorities, insights and data into planning and execution. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Marshalls, this role is specifically responsible for implementing influencer and social strategies and programming to help drive the success of Marshalls. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives working independently, yet is also comfortable being hands on and collaborating within a team. This role offers valuable exposure to broader brand marketing functions and provides a strong opportunity to expand and deepen your overall marketing skills.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of ad agency or client-side Advertising/Marketing experience.
  • Use and solid understanding of a range of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, the social media landscape and standards across platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze social data, identify trends and present key findings to inform social strategies and optimizations.
  • Communication is key - strong oral and written communicator, comfortable providing clear feedback grounded in brand strategy.
  • Interest in retail and the off-price business.
  • A great teammate who collaborates well and enjoys building relationships with partners across multiple fields with the ability to navigate different team dynamics.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in social media data and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in influencer and social strategy development and contributing the creation of impactful, engaging multichannel programs and content to help drive consideration, attract prospects, and further engage brand fans.
  • Supervise influencer content in partnership with brand, creative, and external agency partners to ensure our business model is reflected in a social first way. This includes writing and presenting monthly briefs & leading always-on creative evaluation, feedback & approvals.
  • Nimbly partner on managing content calendar across all channels while providing creative recommendations and optimizations based on merchandise priorities, trends, and social performance.
  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with internal and external creative/agency partners by encouraging a collaborative, productive partnership while ensuring all content ladders back to strategies and objectives.
  • Analyze social data and identify key findings to inform social content optimizations and share out with key partners.
  • Proactively seeks and brings culturally relevant opportunities that push Marshalls further in the social space.
  • Partners with agency to discover, vet, select and contract both ongoing and ad hoc influencer partners.
  • Partners with internal teams as needed including legal, Global Communications and Pad marketing teams
