About The Position

The Marketing Strategy Manager contributes to AHF by supporting the Associate Director of Marketing Strategy in identifying marketing opportunities that better serve AHF’s programs, business lines, and the communities we support. The role acts as a key liaison between AHF Media and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution of marketing initiatives. The Marketing Strategy Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by helping create and maintain cohesive, data-driven marketing campaigns, clear action plans, and strategic frameworks that support multiple departments and service lines while advancing AHF’s mission and public impact. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. The Marketing Strategy Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms and departments. Through strong project management skills and tools, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing priorities, timelines, media strategies, and multi-platform marketing schedules. The role also supports campaign analysis, reporting, and ongoing optimization, while interfacing with internal departments and external partners as needed.
