The Marketing Strategy & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in the execution of data‑driven marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, cross‑sell, retention, and engagement across CCM’s existing customer base. This role focuses on campaign execution across email, SMS, print, and paid digital channels, ensuring communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with customer and loan data. Working closely with the Director and the broader Marketing Strategy & Engagement team, the Marketing Strategy & Engagement Specialist contributes to initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle, helping deliver measurable results and a cohesive multichannel experience.
