The Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting and improving marketing operations, analyzing marketing performance, implementing data-driven strategies, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts. This position will have an increased focus on digital channels including our website, digital events, search engine marketing, and social channels.

  • Support execution of the company's marketing strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with Director/VP-level on the creation of comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets.
  • Assist program strategy and management with some oversight.
  • Implement and maintain data analytics and marketing performance measurement systems covering sales-led and product-led growth.
  • Identify key questions, challenges and hypotheses to prioritize, and create analytics plan.
  • Conduct data-driven business analytics and growth analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy.
  • Analyze CRM, web, digital, and product data to develop insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and performance against targets.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for regular tracking and executive reporting.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Perform data analysis and research to identify opportunities to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention and inform growth strategies.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and UX teams to implement growth tactics effectively.
  • Streamline and improve marketing processes, workflows, and automation tools.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality executive communications (e.g., develop narratives, partner across cross-functional teams on content, manage delivery of messaging).
  • Communicate and discuss insights with leadership to turn statistical findings into business actions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in leading strategy, operations and analytics for a marketing organization
  • 1+ years of experience working with senior leaders
  • Exceptional problem-solving, first-principles thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in SQL - BigQuery
  • Visualization tools - Tableau, Looker Studio
  • Data ETL - Supermetrics, Fivetran
