Requirements

• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposal responses by reviewing requirements from owners and managing stakeholders involved in the proposal process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and improve Bowen's brand.
• Work with the Business Development team to understand communication challenges and develop strategies to address them.
• Train new employees on tools to communicate Bowen's story and project successes.
• Support corporate communication through newsletters and intranet.
• Lead projects for the development and update of corporate marketing materials.
• Evaluate and manage third-party partners and consultants for project completion.
• Produce advertisements and internal communications.
