About The Position
The Marketing Strategist is responsible for activities and actions related to promoting the services and expertise of Martin County Home Health to the medical community and to the patients and family members. Marketing strategist will act as a community liaison in conjunction with other members of the Home Health Agency and is responsible for creating relationships with medical professionals and healthcare providers. The Marketer will be responsible for all new consumer related referrals and leads and be able to prepare and present outstanding presentations about the company. The Marketing strategist purpose is to work with the Administration and home health team members to provide quality care, excellent communication to the communities, counties and population we serve. The Marketing Strategist will assist to coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team including physician, patient, family and referring agency/facility/provider. The Marketer will promote and attend health fairs, community programs/activities and provide blood pressure and accu check clinics to the communities served by MCHH. The Marketing Strategist is directly responsible and reports at regular intervals to the Administrator/Director of Nursing/Agency Supervising Nurse or Designee.
