About The Position

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and managing the execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth and enhancing brand awareness for Piedmont Healthcare. This role involves collaboration with operational leaders to identify priorities and objectives, as well as leading cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience in marketing and public relations.

Responsibilities

• Identifies marketing and communications needs and goals, consulting and advising business partners on strategies to reach those goals.
• Leads cross-functional teams of directors, physicians, and executives through the marketing planning process and successful implementation of the plan.
• Conducts analysis of marketing efforts to optimize and determine effectiveness.
• Manages financial administration including budget development, resource allocation, and metrics, ensuring adherence to approved fiscal parameters.
• Assesses current market and future marketing trends, suggesting strategies for capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Identifies, evaluates, and makes recommendations regarding competitive threats and trends.
• Collaborates with creative teams and agencies to develop graphic standards and ensure brand consistency.
• Plans, develops, and supervises the preparation and delivery of marketing campaigns and collateral materials.
• Designs and plans for new service launches, including volume growth through promotion and execution of special events.
• Supervises day-to-day tasks of Marketing and Communications staff, providing direction and support.
• Performs special assignments or tasks as needed.
