About The Position
As a Full-time Marketing Strategist at Fastenal, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at driving promotion and growth for our products, services, and solutions. This role is set in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for researching, conceptualizing, and organizing creative marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and objectives for both internal and external customers. After a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals, there may be opportunities for a flexible schedule. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with sales leadership to understand business goals and developing marketing plans that support those objectives. You will be tasked with researching and developing an in-depth marketing strategy to achieve these business objectives. Utilizing your critical thinking skills, you will prioritize and direct various marketing projects, ensuring that our brand messaging is consistently presented to both internal and external audiences. Additionally, you will manage and schedule communications across multiple channels and collaborate with team members for data analysis and research to inform your strategies.
