About The Position

Requirements

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Creativity and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales for a diverse range of e-commerce products, including tools, tech, and more.
  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement, build brand awareness, and grow online presence.
  • Create and implement sales-driven campaigns using current social media trends, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure strategies remain effective and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Manage the content calendar, scheduling, and execution of social media posts, paid ads, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the development of engaging, on-brand content, including visuals, videos, and written copy, that resonates with target audiences.
