The Marketing Strategist - Financial Solutions drives the omni-channel strategy for Fully Accountable’s Financial Solutions service offerings, managing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects from first touch through signed agreements. This role sits on the BELAY marketing team and is the main connection between the Fully Accountable brand and team to the BELAY brand and team. By developing innovative marketing across channels, including social, email, SMS, webinars, ads, and long-form resources, this role increases revenue, strengthens brand authority, and expands awareness of Fully Accountable as a leader in outsourced solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three or more years of experience in content creation for a brand
  • Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive lead generation and pipeline goals while effectively supporting multiple buyer personas
  • Deep understanding of omni-channel content distribution, especially across paid search, paid social, SEO, and video
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in Fully Accountable’s service offerings from a marketing perspective by leveraging sales calls, discovery conversations, client interviews, and internal resources to clearly articulate client value, outcomes, and use cases.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership and Fully Accountable leadership to define and execute annual and quarterly lead acquisition strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BELAY marketing channel owners, sales, creative, business development, and leadership to develop high-impact, integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Own and maintain a content calendar in partnership with the Fully Accountable Leader, aligning deliverables to campaign milestones, buyer journeys, target personas, and key business events.
  • Lead the organic social media strategy and execution for the Fully Accountable brand, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and campaign priorities.
  • Provide creative direction and selective execution across marketing assets, including case studies, landing pages, blogs, ads, videos, webinars, event presentations, email, SMS, and long-form content.
  • Use analytics, dashboards, and reporting to track performance, identify trends, and continuously refine content and campaign strategies.
  • Stay current on content and brand marketing best practices, industry trends, and benchmarks, with a focus on financial services, CPG, and tax preparation marketing.
  • Monitor growth- and sales-related KPIs, delivering regular performance insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for external vendors, including Google, creative, and web partners, representing the Fully Accountable service line.
  • Manage content strategy integration to ensure long-term brand alignment and consistency across channels and initiatives.
