As the Marketing & Communications Strategic Programs Lead at GlobalLogic, you will play a pivotal part in driving marketing strategy and the annual campaign planning process. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer to provide strategic support, facilitate communication and collaboration, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives within the marketing organization. You will play a pivotal role in enabling the achievement of departmental goals and driving the overall success of GlobalLogic's marketing efforts. We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, collaborative, and highly motivated candidate with a proven background in marketing operations, management, campaigns and analytics/insights. Ideally, you are a data-driven marketer who brings fresh ideas, strategic focus, and a commitment to excellence every day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and project management.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing operational efficiency and refining processes in a marketing setting.
  • Proficient project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude, fostering effective relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Adeptness in adapting swiftly to changing priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Comprehensive comprehension of marketing concepts, platforms, and technology.
  • Experience managing teams and mobilizing change in a function.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to mobilize the marketing charter and vision, priorities, and teams, fostering a unified approach to enhance marketing's impact for the business.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the marketing organization (e.g. staffing, campaign planning, data/insights and reporting etc.).
  • Oversee and manage the Marketing & Communications budget with rigor and excellence, liaison with Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Lead and oversee key marketing initiatives by defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication between marketing and other departments within GlobalLogic to promote a cohesive working environment and break down silos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, vendors, and partners.
  • Lead and activate select priority events.
  • Represent the Chief Marketing Officer in meetings, conferences, and other relevant forums as required.
