About The Position

TEKsystems client is seeking a technical marketer with strong SQL experience to support creative testing across products, including email campaigns, marketing campaigns, and upcoming SMS initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced marketing environment.

Requirements

SQL & Data Management: 3–5 years of experience building and pulling query lists, with strong proficiency in SQL. Some data resides in GCP, but SQL expertise will be the most critical skill. Python experience is a nice‑to‑have, but SQL will be the key requirement.
Marketing & CRM Experience such as email marketing, marketing specialist, or CRM specialist roles. Strong attention to detail, proactive “go‑getter” mindset, and solid marketing foundation. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and managing lists from Email Marketing CRM (SFMC experience is not required) and SMS platform
A/B Testing Execution: Prior experience with A/B testing design and execution. Strategy will be led by the hiring manager, but this role will focus on implementing and executing the testing plans effectively
BA or BS in Marketing, related field
Self motivated, hardworking, well organized and resilient to ever-changing needs, timelines and deliverables.
Flexibility to adapt to changing/evolving client needs.
CRM experience.
Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage time across multiple work streams.
Must be able to work independently and exercise own judgement in absence of supervisor.
