About The Position
The Baker Hughes Internship Program is designed to provide students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with hands-on work experience in a global energy company. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage in challenging projects that align with customer needs through the application of leading-edge technology. Interns will gain first-hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that ensure flawless execution in meeting customer demands. Throughout the internship, participants will engage in focused training, team meetings, and project work, culminating in a presentation of their results. Each intern will be supported by a buddy and a manager, ensuring a valuable learning experience that includes coaching and mentoring to help complete assignments and projects effectively. Interns will also become familiar with Baker Hughes' Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and the company's strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The internship is set to last for 24 weeks, starting in January 2025 and concluding in June 2025. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22 to $29, and applicants are encouraged to apply early, with a deadline of October 13, 2024, for consideration in final interviews.
