About The Position

We are searching for an experienced Marketing Specialist at our Palmer HQ facility. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and helping to shape our consumer experience for current and future lines of business. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging our customer base from brand awareness to product promotion by creating effective strategies to achieve business objectives. The marketing specialists will develop and create engaging internal and external communications strategies that align with our corporate goals, including media relations, member communications, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Marketing or Communications. Experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
• 2+ years' experience in a marketing role.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Strong demonstrated logistical event coordination skills.
• Helpful attitude and team approach in their everyday duties.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with social media, paid media, and SEO skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the development of marketing strategies for projects, including company website and social media.
• Creating promotional content for digital campaigns and monitor digital media landscape for opportunities.
• Social Media responder to all customer posts and assists in social media tactical alignment.
• Helps manage digital relationships with agencies, publications, bloggers, and influencers.
• Through research & consumer insights provides the voice of the customer to help guide development of all promotional product collateral (including digital media, website content, product releases, brochures, advertisements, articles, flyers…etc.) and point-of-sale materials.
• Monitors brand consistency (internal & external facing) in regards to print, signage, digital assets, and partnerships to ensure brand alignment.
• Content creator for digital marketing and other marketing publications.
• Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use.
• Works with the Marketing Manager to execute strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Participates in marketing and product strategy and planning workshops.
• Database management for tracking/awareness of competitor offers, advertising initiatives, events, and product details.
• Execute on our media relations strategy alongside PR and Marketing agencies.
• Execute an effective internal communications strategy.
• Assist with the creation and development of the Annual Report.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
