About The Position

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their innovative building services team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with diverse responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis/visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and analyze email campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Create, edit, and send the monthly company newsletter in SharePoint.
  • Deliver companywide marketing updates during bi-monthly calls.
  • Manage platforms like CoStar and ZoomInfo to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless data sharing and lead generation.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM to optimize usage and maintain clean data.
  • Enhance documents and presentations for the VP of Marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Develop basic graphics for internal and external use.
  • Support content creation for marketing materials and digital platforms.
  • Run quarterly marketing analytics reports and present solutions for optimization.
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to align on goals and ensure marketing supports lead generation and deal progression.
  • Work alongside the VP of Marketing on change-management initiatives.
