As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in transitioning our marketing efforts toward a digital-first approach by leveraging AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate strives to automate their workflow and repetitive tasks to focus on strategic creative digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using generative AI for content creation and workflow automation.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple, long-term campaigns.
  • Data Analytics: Strong understanding of GA4 and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Creativity & Copywriting: Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand voice.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience in Marketing Operations or AI implementation.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices in the era of AI-driven search.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • AI-Powered Content & Creative Strategy: Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to draft email copy, social media, and traditional marketing assets ensuring consistent, on-brand content.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing and email campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and AI-driven data tools. Extract actionable insights to optimize campaigns weekly.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage our social media presence, using AI tools for scheduling and identifying trending topics to foster brand engagement.
  • Traditional Marketing Assets: Manage the creation, inventory, and distribution of physical marketing collateral, such as brochures, signage, and trade show materials. Ensure all traditional assets align with the current brand voice and digital campaign messaging.
