About The Position

As a new professional in this field, a MarCom Specialist will assist in the creation and implementation of customer-focused marketing and communication materials, promotion tools and brand strategies in support of Imperative Care’s mission and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field and less than 2 years of any other professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Basic professional knowledge of the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Aptitude for working independently after receiving detailed instructions.
  • Desire to learn and grow career within this field.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to corporate and product-level branding efforts by coordinating the execution, timing, and follow-up of marketing and communications initiatives, including tracking of campaign results.
  • Support product managers and marketing team in developing, editing, revising, and producing marketing materials including flyers, brochures, newsletters, websites, videos, and marketing pieces.
  • Participate in activities related to tradeshows including drafting key messages, coordinating booth and promotional presence and set up, calendar, budget and engagement during major events.
  • Build relationships with marketing agencies and vendors in the medical device field.
  • Communicate with sales force regarding marketing programs and materials.
  • Respond to sales force requests and generate recommendations for marketing tools and resources.
  • Coordinate and track event logistics for sales meetings.
  • Update management with project status, and key issues that affect project completion on time.
