The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer experience, and lead generation. This position leads multi-channel efforts — including digital, print, and communications — to ensure cohesive storytelling and measurable impact across all customer touchpoints and across all Sammons Warehouse Solutions brands.

  • Manages Multi-Channel Strategy: Develops and executes marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, and traditional channels to support organizational goals.
  • Content & Digital Management: Manage and produce website content, email campaigns, and social media posting cadence to ensure brand consistency and optimized engagement.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and deliver marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, wall graphics, banners, and videos; collaborating cross-functionally to meet deadlines and brand standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and NPS data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for optimization and improvements.
  • Brand Stewardship: Support consistency of tone, visuals, and messaging across all communications.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Marketing Innovation: Lead marketing projects to improve efficiency, integration of AI tools, and asset organization across the business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or campaign execution.
  • Graphics Design Experience with Adobe Creative Suite with the skillset to develop brochures, flyers and logo artwork
  • Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for web, email, and social channels.
  • Knowledge of SEO, AEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of brand voice, visual standards, and consistent messaging.
