Primary Purpose PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Execute program marketing and customer education efforts including energy efficiency, demand-side management, smart gird, solar and Premier Customer Experience. Develop marketing plans and budgets. Coordinate marketing plans and tactics across multiple departments and measure effectiveness of marketing efforts. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

  • Execute multiple marketing tactics for residential, business and public sectors customers. Coordinate marketing efforts and manage review of marketing materials with internal stakeholders. (70%)
  • Develop and manage marketing and customer education plans. (10%)
  • Manage program marketing budgets including invoice tracking, accruals and forecasting. (10%)
  • Measure effectiveness and reports metrics for marketing efforts. (10%)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or other applicable field
  • 2-5 years relevant experience or equivalent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced degree
  • Familiarity with electric utility industry
  • Familiarity with CRM Eloqua (or similar email platform), Google tools, Salesforce
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation strategies
  • Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $68,000.00/Yr. – $93,500.00/Yr.
