The Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively on the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Axle’s marketing initiatives across all digital, social, and traditional channels. This role requires a hands-on collaborator who blends creativity with analytical insight, ensuring the company’s brand presence, messaging, and campaigns align with business objectives. The Marketing Specialist will participate in day-to-day operations of the Marketing team, helping to drive integrated campaigns, manage resources and deadlines, and foster cross-functional collaboration with the Market Intelligence team and business units. The right candidate for this role balances creativity with strategy, is detail oriented, and demonstrates a strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and optimize marketing techniques.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company and delivery unit goals.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistent voice, messaging, and visuals.
  • Identify, segment, and prioritize target audiences across business units to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Development of value propositions and key messages tailored to client needs and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with Market Intelligence and delivery teams to ensure marketing efforts are informed by data and aligned with market trends and client requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Develop creative content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable engagement.
  • Manage internal and external influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and audience behavior patterns to maintain a forward-thinking approach.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
  • Develop integrated marketing content and sales enablement assets—including graphics, copy, video, pitch decks, templates, and landing pages—to support brand messaging, campaign execution, and business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical staff to support website design, development, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional campaign planning and execution with other departments.
  • Collect and analyze campaign performance metrics, audience insights, and engagement data.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2G environment.
  • Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Experience managing internal or external brand influencers.
  • Strong understanding of digital media strategy, content marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms to include HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
