About The Position

The Marketing Specialist will assist in developing promotions and managing programs that support company stores and franchisees. This role begins as a part-time temporary position (20 hours/week for 3 months), with the expectation of transitioning to full-time permanent. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multitasking, able to work independently, has some experience with corporate marketing, and enjoys collaborating with a team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent formal training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Experience with digital campaign execution and scheduling, social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), website content management, and customer support.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Drive and stamina to manage and lead projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels, including senior management.
  • Resourcefulness to gather information and complete projects even when obstacles arise.
  • Repetitive movement of hands and fingers (typing or writing).
  • Occasional standing and walking.
  • Ability to talk and hear effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of strategic marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Director.
  • Compile and distribute weekly sales reports.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in creating, executing, and scheduling digital marketing campaigns and social media content.
  • Create, manage, and schedule content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Support the marketing team in creating, editing, and publishing website and intranet content, including ongoing updates.
  • Provide customer support to franchisees and internal stakeholders for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the franchise development team to track and advance leads through the sales funnel.
  • Manage the PMF Bucks program, reimbursing franchisees for building improvements and marketing initiatives.
  • Support planning and logistics for company events, including coordination, materials preparation, vendor communication, and on-site assistance as needed.
