Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing, strategy, or a related field
  • One or more years of marketing experience within an industrial or consumer product environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools used for creating and publishing advertisements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter mindset with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute company-wide marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and product positioning
  • Support company branding efforts and develop product positioning aligned with customer demand
  • Conduct voice-of-customer research to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and unmet opportunities
  • Perform industry and market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Partner with the sales team to identify target customers and develop effective sales communications
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage trade shows and events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up activities
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms while monitoring engagement and analytics
  • Support public relations efforts, including media kits, pitches, outreach, and coverage tracking
  • Collaborate on additional marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, content creation, website updates, giveaways, company apparel, and marketing materials inventory
  • Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while meeting deadlines with a high level of accuracy and creativity
