We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Orlando, FL. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining the client relationship management (CRM) system, identifying potential clients and projects, creating project pages, leading the RFP / RFQ process, and executing client-facing events. TLC provides a defined career path and training at all levels. This is a hybrid position which requires 2 days per week onsite.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of marketing related experience (architecture, engineering, and construction industry experience preferred)
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong writing and editing skills
Flexibility to work within varying deadlines and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
Experience leading the RFP / RFQ process through the presentation phase.
Proven ability to collaborate and communicate professionally with integrity including confidentiality with sensitive information
Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
A basic understanding of the intricacies of engineering and design consulting services and day to day operations
