About The Position
The RentCafe Marketing Specialist (RCMS) at Yardi Systems is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, focusing on their marketing strategies and website support needs. This role involves delivering outstanding customer support, managing multiple creative projects, providing exceptional consultation, and training clients on product features. The RCMS will also troubleshoot website issues, ensure quality assurance of marketing materials, and collaborate closely with the RentCafe Marketing Support team across the United States and Canada.
