About the position

The position plays a crucial role in promoting products, driving sales, and strengthening brand positioning. The candidate will be involved in various marketing activities, including support for marketing campaigns, content management, event assistance, digital marketing, sales support, market research, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and trade show activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, production) to ensure marketing projects are completed on time.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and customer contacts.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, catalogs).
  • Update website content and assist with social media management (posting and engagement).
  • Help draft newsletters, blog posts, and email marketing content.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Coordinate logistics such as booth setup, promotional items, and event registrations.
  • Collect and organize event leads for follow-up.
  • Support social media content scheduling and engagement (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Assist in website updates, SEO tasks, and online content optimization.
  • Help track digital marketing performance and prepare reports.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, product sheets, and customer proposals.
  • Help manage distributor and dealer marketing requests (promotional materials, training content).
  • Support lead generation activities by maintaining CRM databases and tracking customer inquiries.
  • Gather data on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, campaign performance summaries, and sales support data.
  • Monitor and track key marketing KPIs, such as website traffic and engagement rates.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional giveaways.
  • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience in Product Marketing (2+ years) in interior/decorative products
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel as needed
