Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with a focus in Marketing.
  • 3+ Years of experience.
  • Ability to work effectively across a variety of internal and external teams with varying work styles and stakeholders of all levels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across the team to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in which work is often non-routine and priorities, projects, and stakeholders shift frequently.
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail, organization, project, and time management skills.
  • Ability to get things done.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or Project Management Skills preferred, not required.
  • Some experience with all marketing channels (email, social, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Execute customized, integrated multi-channel marketing plans that create awareness, drive traffic, and convert customers.
  • Build and manage marketing calendars and translate calendars into action plans.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities across partnerships, working closely with internal, partner, and vendor teams to execute plans.
  • Own the project management system including creating custom workflows, adjusting ad hoc schedules as needed, and assigning talent to tasks.
  • Manage the Campaign Kick-Off Meetings and ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables.
  • Develop/maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
