About The Position

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in strategic new paint product initiatives for PSG, Lowe’s, IBU and Menards. This includes supporting key innovation and new-to-market product launch plans. This position will support the lead Product Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product testing in lab and in field
• Assist in label & product commercialization process
• Help in development and analysis of new product roadmaps
• Analyze market and sales information to support new product business plans
• Support new product commercialization through established Stage Gate process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams ( ie . Sales, Product Excellence, Customer Marketing, etc.) to identify product improvements and new product opportunities to meet end-user/segment needs
