About The Position

The Marketing Specialist at O'Neal Manufacturing Services is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing creative content to support marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills to effectively convey strategic marketing objectives across various platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficiency in marketing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar graphic design applications.
  • Preferred experience with Adobe Premiere or other video editing programs.
  • Preferred experience with website content management and GA4 website analytics.
  • Preferred experience with HubSpot or similar CRM programs.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Manufacturing industry or metal processing experience is beneficial.
  • Must be a self-starter, organized, versatile, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required, with some overnight travel necessary.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing collateral such as flyers, graphics, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, and customer kits adhering to OMS brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the design, inventory, distribution, and budget of promotional products and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Convey strategic marketing objectives through the development of social media posts and advertisements on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media marketing and recruitment initiatives, implementing changes to improve business results.
  • Collect and analyze website analytics, strategizing initiatives to optimize search engine performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leaders, General Managers, Human Resources, and other OMS personnel on marketing, branding, recruitment, and corporate initiatives.
  • Attend and actively participate in cross-functional meetings, recording video footage and still photography for promotional purposes.
  • Manage office tasks such as distributing mail, routing calls, ordering supplies, and assisting with event coordination.
