About the Role We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead digital content management, social media operations, cross-industry partnerships, and marketing project execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating social media platforms, managing content calendars, collaborating with partners, and coordinating marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of social media operations or marketing experience.
  • Able to operate multiple social channels with demonstrated understanding of platform differences.
  • Strong writing & storytelling capabilities; comfortable producing short-form copy.
  • Familiar with data metrics (reach, CTR, retention, growth, ROI, etc.).
  • Proficient in Excel for reporting, data tracking, and campaign analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in campaign planning, partnership execution, or PR preferred.
  • Experience integrating online/offline resources or working with communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content Operations Manage official accounts across multiple platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu). Plan content calendars, create copywriting and briefs, coordinate visual materials, and schedule publishing. Track performance analytics, review campaign results, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Maintain brand tone and enhance user engagement, reach, and retention through content.
  • Cross-Industry Partnerships & Co-Marketing Identify, negotiate, and execute partnership opportunities with brands, communities, student organizations, and KOCs/KOLs. Coordinate timelines, communication, and deliverables across both sides. Assist in co-branded event planning and execution for large-scale collaborations.
  • Marketing Project Ownership Take end-to-end ownership of marketing projects involving both B2C and B2B components — from planning, resourcing, timeline management, to execution. Coordinate internal teams (Ops, BD, Product, Creative) to ensure project delivery. Evaluate project performance and support continuous improvements.
