About The Position

Under the direction of the Manager, External Relations, or designee, the Marketing Specialist & Inventory Controller will be responsible for proofreading of marketing and promotions documents, flyers and bus schedules; monitoring and managing all print material inventory. Core Functions include: Managing purchase orders and invoices through Oracle. Managing bus schedule production process accuracy, printing, and inventory for Pace headquarters operating divisions. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in Public Sector writing or communications.
• Inventory management-related experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience managing purchase orders contracts preferred.
• Good writing skills and proofreading experience required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and adaptable to changing priorities.

• Experience in inventory management.
