The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that support long-term growth, sales, and brand awareness. Working under general supervision, this role analyzes market trends, member behavior, and campaign performance to shape strategic plans aligned with business goals. The position collaborates cross-functionally to deliver integrated campaigns, measures results using KPIs, and optimizes performance. Responsibilities also include content development, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, supporting product launches, engaging in community events, and maintaining adherence to credit union policies and internal controls. Work Arrangement - This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working both onsite (2 days/week) at the Headquarters building in East Lansing and remotely. Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm ET . This position requires the ability to work varied evening and weekend hours staffing events. The specific schedule will be determined during the interview process. An offer of employment with MSU Federal Credit Union and affiliates is contingent upon the agreed work arrangement (onsite/hybrid) and work location.
